Greek Style Lamb Sausages

2 sausages - grilled -or - pan fried

1 medium potato[ microwaved ]

red onion rings, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot & tomato

sea salt, pepper, mayonnaise to taste


1.On a plate put lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, 2 slices beetroots, and onion rings.

2. Drizzle all with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

3. Serve potato on the side with the sausages.

Bon apetit! Simple easy, and gourmet.
